Common issues

I added a card but my cashback isn't showing.

Cashback from linked-card transactions usually clears within 48 hours of the bank settling the payment. If it's been longer, email support with the date, venue, and amount so we can look it up.

I want to cancel my membership.

Email support from the address you signed up with and ask to cancel. Memberships don't auto-renew without an active subscription, but if yours did, we'll refund a pro-rata amount from the next renewal date.

The app won't let me log in.

First try Forgot Password — most login issues are stale tokens after a phone update. If you've been migrated between accounts or your email changed, email support with both addresses and we'll merge them.

I'm a venue and want to join.

Email partnerships at the same address — we'll send you the venue onboarding pack and arrange a call.
